Returns & Exchanges
At Cay'lah Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
- Final sale items, intimate apparel, and earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
Premium Items ($150+):
- HEAT and GRAILS tier items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition
- Original designer packaging, dust bags, and authentication materials must be included
- Returns inspected for authenticity verification
How to Initiate a Return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
- Ship items back using a trackable shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
Refund Processing:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges:
- We gladly exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability)
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
