Returns & Exchanges

At Cay'lah Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
  • Final sale items, intimate apparel, and earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

Premium Items ($150+):

  • HEAT and GRAILS tier items must be returned in pristine, unworn condition
  • Original designer packaging, dust bags, and authentication materials must be included
  • Returns inspected for authenticity verification

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at [sales@caylahboutique,com] within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges:

  • We gladly exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability)
  • Contact us to arrange an exchange

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Contact us immediately with photos
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
