How are orders fulfilled at Cay'lah Boutique?
We offer authentic designer fashion from premium brands through two fulfillment methods: in-stock items shipped directly from our facility, and designer pieces sourced through our trusted luxury suppliers who ship directly to you.
What's the difference between in-stock and drop-shipped items?
- In-stock items: Products we have on hand and ship from our location within 1-2 business days
- Drop-shipped items: Authentic designer pieces shipped directly from our authorized suppliers, typically processing within 3-5 business days
How can I tell which items are drop-shipped?
Product pages will indicate estimated processing and shipping times. Drop-shipped items may show longer processing windows due to third-party fulfillment.
Why do some orders arrive in multiple packages?
If your order contains items from different suppliers or our in-stock inventory, they may ship separately from different locations to ensure you receive authentic products from authorized sources. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- In-stock items: 1-2 business days processing + shipping time
- Drop-shipped items: 7-14business days processing + shipping time
- International orders: Additional time may apply for customs clearance
Will I be charged separately for items that ship from different locations?
No, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your complete order.
Can I track my order if items ship separately?
Yes, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment via email as items are dispatched.
What if there's a delay with my drop-shipped item?
We'll notify you immediately if there are any delays or changes to your order. Our team monitors all shipments to ensure timely delivery.
